Dou Wei (窦唯) is a Chinese singer and experimental musician. In 1988, he joined the Black Panther (黑豹乐队) as the lead singer. In 1991, he left the Black Panther and formed the short lived Dreaming (做梦乐队). In May 1994, Dou Wei released his first solo album Black Dream (黑梦).
