About Endel Nõmberg

Endel Nõmberg (June 12, 1924 Tõdva - February 26, 1993 Tallinn) was an Estonian actor and director. Endel Nõmberg graduated from the Tallinn 5th Gymnasium in 1943 and the Drama Theater Study Studio in 1948. From 1944 to 1949, he worked at the Estonian Drama Theater and from 1944 to 1955, he was the stage manager of recreational theaters. In the years 1955–1985, Nõmberg worked as a director's assistant and director of Estonian Television, being for a long time in the editor-in-chief of Finnish-language programs and also active in music programs and TV films.
