Juana Macías Alba (Madrid, 1971) is a Spanish film director and screenwriter. In 1999, she won the Goya Award for Best Short Film for her work Seven Coffees a Week, and in 2010 she was nominated for the Goya Award for Best New Director for her film Plans for Tomorrow. In 1994, she graduated with a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also completed a Higher Technical Diploma in Filmmaking (IORTV).
