About Kenzō Saeki

Saeki Kenzo (佐伯健三) is a Japanese singer. He was the vocalist of HALMENS. He also has a live band he performs with called Saeki Kenzo & Boogie The Mach Motors, they have not released any studio releases. Saeki was born in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. He started as a musician using kanji but changed his name to Katakana and hiragana due to a stroke counting fortune telling. He became a rock fanatic in elementary school, and from the fifth grade onwards he frequented Disk Union. During high school, he formed Homelands with Higae and Ishihara, a band with no fixed members. Koji Ueno (a year younger than him at the same high school, and who would later join the Halmens ) also participated as a support member.
