About Sarah Gavron

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Sarah Gavron (born 20 April 1970) is a British film director. She graduated from the University of York with a BA in English in 1992 and an MA in film studies from Edinburgh University and then worked for the BBC for three years. She went on to study feature film directing at the National Film and Television School in London. She is the daughter of Robert and Nicky Gavron.
