Born and brought up in Kerala, India, Sukanyeah showed a keen interest in the arts from a young age. After completing her schooling, Sukanyeah pursued B.Sc in Data Science & Machine Learning from the prestigious IIT Madras. She was an exceptional student and graduated with top honors. She then went on to work for some of the leading software companies in India and quickly established herself as a skilled software engineer. However, Sukanyeah's true passion lay in acting and the arts. She had been performing in theater productions since she was a teenager and had won critical acclaim for her performances. Her talent and dedication caught the attention of several leading filmmakers in the Malayalam film industry, and she was offered her first film role soon after. Sukanyeah's acting debut was in a Malayalam film titled "Sthalam" which was released in 2012. Her performance was widely appreciated. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality and has been involved in several campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting LGBTIQA+ & women's rights and empowerment.
