About Ylva Gustavsson

Ylva Gustavsson graduated from the Film Directors program at Swedish Filmschool - DI (University Collage of Film, Radio, Television and Theatre) in Stockholm 1995. In the nineties she made a number of music videos with Swedish Rockbands such as The Hellacopters and Nomads. She also made a number of short films and documentaries. In 2007 she won two national film awards (Gudbaggar) with the feature film Förortsungar. Ylva Gustavsson work as director, scriptwriter and editor. She is also Sr Lecturer in Film Directing at SADA (Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts).
