Check out the video review here: https://youtu.be/-aAgnDEjUkU Being another Hong Kong movie about the ICAC, I was intrigued to watch it and see if I could work it out. Knowing that it was written and directed by one of the people behind the Infernal Affairs and Overboard trilogies, I knew this had to be an interesting movie. Starring two of my favourite Hong Kong actors in Sean Lau and Nick Cheung, playing a Chief Inspector at the ICAC and an accountant turned whistleblower respectively, I settled in to watch this 2 hour thriller expecting a lot. But what’s the end result? Well watch my video to find out
