"Non Negotiable" is a movie available on Netflix, but it is not in English, so there is a significant amount of dubbing in the music, film, and storyline. As I began watching, I anticipated a foreign film with depth, but the voiceovers seemed out of sync with the characters. The attempt to transform the film into something more than it was resulted in a chaotic narrative involving a poodle and a puppy, which ultimately made it a poorly executed and disappointing experience.
