The soundtrack sets up the creepiest atmosphere. The feeling of dread is already rising. Holy hamburgers guys, not even 5 minutes in, and the brutality has begun. Films in religious settings are almost always where the creepiest places for the strangest occurrences, especially in Europe's older dwellings and lands. Our main actresses portrayal of her character is so overwhelmingly sad and feels traumatized. You fear for her person and her sanity as well. Anyone who enjoys Italian cinema should give this a watch...
