Critic Reviews for Sharktopus
Sharktopus, a movie from 2010 that asks if man can go too far..I'm not talking about the eponymous Sharktopus, but the movie itself! We have gone too far and If you don't think so look for the shittiest Sharksploitation movies there are and you'll think like I do too. The CGI ain't as bad as some movies I've seen, pretty below average though but time was spent on it. And of course there's a old pervert looking at the women's asses on the beach, what bad movie wouldn't be complete without a pervert to go with the skimpy clothed women? And why is everything sexual? Like all the guys are horny and all the women are aware of it. Also love how when the one guy throws a football they don't even show the other dude catch it, they just cut to him holding it! The pacing is way off too, 40 minutes in and nothing much has happened. And the camera quality is so bad too, why does it look like someone got grease on the camera lens?? The cameraman is the only good character besides the Nicole Sands girl. I don't know why the guy from Family Guy is a pirate radio DJ but whatever. This movie is bad but at least it's not boring as all hell.
