Critic Reviews for Your Host
51/100 4 young people find themselves contestants in a show where they're forced to play sadistic games for a psychotic host ...and that's all, folks. The acting was ok, albeit a bit over-the-top, and I liked Jackie Earle Haley as the host, who played his role with maniacal glee. The kills were quite gnarly and the torture was pretty unrelenting. They did explain why this is happening, which I guess was the films attempt as social commentary, but basically this was pure torture porn from start to finish. In that, they did well and it was generally fun if you like that sort of thing. -- DrNostromo.com
